Scroll down to Groups
-
Search “Spider Runners”
-
Click join group
You can have up to 5 groups on your profile, with a Primary group to show as first choice. So you can have your home running club as well as Spider Runners and indeed anything else.
Parkrun is a big part of the Running Community ….
And our new team of parkrun ambassadors are a huge part of Spider Runners future.

Our Team will be telling you about our parkrun meet-up plans, and encouraging us all to run, walk & marshal on Saturday mornings IMPORTANT…they will also be organising the cafes for the all important PARK-FAFF
