Welcome to Spider Runners!

Spider Runners is a safe & inclusive Running Community.

Not your normal Run Club - we offer a place to meet, run & talk about anything Trail Running.

There’s never any pressure, we just believe in friendship & fun!

All Spider Runners support each other ….always!

We never talk about pace… we don’t give 2 hoots how fast or slow you are; if you love running trails, eating cake, & don’t take yourself too seriously, you’ll fit in nicely. 🕷🕷🕷

What We Love Doing…

Guided Trail
Runs

We lead regular trail runs…always the Last Sunday of the Month (LSOM) and many more besides.

All our runs finish at a cake shop or a pub for a good old natter.

Our Featured Events

We partner with the best events, to organise Spider-get-togethers

There’s always a discount or a freebie for entering as a Spider Runner, and we guarantee you’ll meet like-minded runners who’ll become your best friends.

 Cool Running
Kit

If you want to feel part of our tribe, we offer a full range of technical running kit... with FREE PERSONALISATION.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you based ?

Our base is in Hertfordshire, but we have 3,200 members across the UK, and in 6 different countries, and hold events all across the UK.

Why are you called Spider Runners ?

Spiders never give up ...plus Spiderman is really cool.

What is your Leader’s experience

Mike & Susan have ran over 350 Marathons & Ultra Marathons, and have been leading trail runs for many years.

Do I have to be fast ?

Nope, not at all... our core purpose & passion is to prove that anyone can run, whatever your experience or ability... all our runs accommodate all speeds, and nobody ever gets left behind.

Will I be welcomed ?

Support & encourgament is our thang... everyone stays in the cafe after runs (for hours 😜) because we all believe that the social side of running is as important as the running itself.

“Spider Runners is the most inclusive running community on the planet …everyone is looked after and nobody is ever left behind!”
